At the beginning of November, 2019 Huawei announced investment of $10 million into development of mobile applications in Russia. Means will go for encouragement of the Russian developers and owners of software which will become a part of an ecosystem of Huawei Mobile Services (HMS). The details of future investments into the companies are not disclosed.
