It's possible to send money in rubles or dollars and to get a transfer in cash at any of Western Union service points in more than 200 countries and territories around the world. The commission fee starts from 1% and depends on the transfer amount and destination country. The limit for most countries is 350 thousand rubles per operation, 350 thousand rubles per day and 600 thousand rubles per month.
To make a transfer, you need to go to the Otkritie online bank, go to the transfers section and then open the Worldwide tab. After that, you only need to select the destination country, the source of debiting funds, enter the recipient's details and the amount, as well as the currency of the transfer. The procedure takes several minutes. After making the transfer, the sender will receive the money transfer control number (MTCN) which should be sent to the recipient.
