Sputnix and Mitsui & Co. Moscow signed a joint memorandum of mutual understanding and the partners will cooperate in the sphere of creation and export of small spacecraft systems and services based on them.
The partners also agreed to cooperate in the sphere of joint development of a project to organize the production of high-tech components and technologies for small spacecraft, satellite platforms of the small spacecraft, small satellites themselves, services based on them as well as other related projects of the Sputnix company.
Within the cooperation Sputnix will carry out development and manufacturing of high-tech components and technologies for small spacecraft, satellite platforms and small devices as well as ensure the improvement and development of the technologies used.
As part of this cooperation Mitsui is considering to buy Sputnix products and services and will also represent the company's interests in Asia and the Middle East cooperating with Japanese companies to organize sales of Sputnix products and services. In addition, Mitsui will provide cooperation in the field of services of launching Cubesat nanosatellites into orbit from the International space station.
