Otkritie bank and Micro Focus reported on the signing of a memorandum of cooperation.
The document was signed by Sergey Rusanov, management board member, director of IT department of Otkritie bank, and by Andrey Kutukov, CEO of Micro Focus in Russia. The reason to sign this memorandum was the choice of Micro Focus software as a target solution to realize the system monitoring of Otkritie bank.
The main goal of memorandum is to determine the principles of partnership of the parties within the framework of the program of development of IT management systems in Otkritie bank.
To realize this program, the bank, by invitation of Micro Focus, will participate in the program of client consultative advice of Micro Focus (Customer Advisory Board), dynamic group of clients from various industries over the world for experience exchange, best practices and influence on development of Micro Focus software.
Micro Focus will ensure the expert support to the bank in the field of IT management systems. By the way, it will participate in studying of current IT processes and also in making of approaches and architect solutions on the program of IT management system development of the credit organization. By the invitation of bank, the company will take its part in the work of project teams, developing solutions to increase the effectiveness of IT management.
The parties also agreed to work out the possibility of introducing innovative technological solutions in Otkritie bank in 2019-2022.
