Huawei announces the launch of a special offer for the service "Repair with delivery", which will be valid throughout Russia. Users can send a broken device to a Huawei service center, repair it, and receive it back by courier. This way, customers don't need to visit a branded store if the Huawei device breaks down. From April 3 to May 31, 2020, the free courier service will cover not only guarantee repairs, but also paid repairs.
In addition, for devices whose guarantee period expires from March 28 to May 31, Huawei automatically extends the guarantee for free until May 31, 2020.
To use the service "Repair with delivery", you must leave a request in the case of non-guarantee repairs. To make a repair under guarantee, you can contact the support of Huawei by the phone.
After completing the request, you must wait for the courier to take the device to the service center for free. After the device is repaired, the courier will contact you again, agree on the time and also return the device free of charge to a convenient address.
Taking into account the delivery time to the service center and back, repairs will be made in five days, depending on the region.
