Huawei and Honor announced the launch of new service offers for users of the Russian market. Starting from June 15, 2020, a premium service will be launched in six Huawei | Honor branded service centers and it will be available to owners of some flagship smartphones: Huawei Mate Xs, Huawei Mate 30 Pro, Huawei P40 and P30 series, the new Honor 30 smartphone series – Honor 30 and Honor 30 Pro+ and other models.
VIP support offers an enhanced service that includes a 24-hour hotline and priority customer service. Visiting the service center will go to a new level and become even more comfortable: the customer will be offered hot and cold drinks as well as a branded tablet for the time of device repair.
Users who don’t have time to wait for the repair to be completed in the service center will get a free delivery to a convenient address immediately after the service is performed. Within the "Summer is the time of benefits with Huawei and Honor" promotion, owners of a number of devices can repair the display, back panel and battery at authorized service centers with discounts up to 20%. The promotion starts on June, 15 and runs until August, 31.
When contacting the service during the weekend, users will be able to get a screen protector for free and get a gift. For customers who don’t have the opportunity to contact the service center by themselves, the service "Repair with delivery" is provided which is also under the promotion.
