On July 5, 2019, IBS reported that its service for Groupe PSA includes the support of users of financial and logistics processes in SAP ERP and SAP EWM systems, as well as monitoring of changes in the Russian legislation and development of recommendations for system adaptation. The transition to outsourcing has freed up qualified resources to solve the strategic goals of IT development of Groupe PSA.
Russian structures of Groupe PSA operate SAP solutions, which are the global standard of the company. As a result of the competition, Groupe PSA entrusted the outsourcing of SAP to IBS company. IBS team offered a cost-effective solution and a flexible approach to the making of a package of services.
The support service center of IBS business applications provides support for users who use solutions on SAP ERP and SAP EWM platforms. These solutions are used for resource planning and logistics management in the company. The support is provided to users of the Russian divisions of the auto giant: Moscow and Kaluga PSA offices and PSMA Rus plant in the Kaluga region.
The experience of providing support services in international companies allowed the IBS Service center to quickly and seamlessly integrate support services into the overall support structure of the Groupe PSA, which has its own SAP competence center.
In addition, the customer received a proactive service to monitor changes in the current legislation of the Russian Federation and adapt SAP systems to them.
